- Do mines research and supply your mongols with cheaper iron.
- There is no need for any weapons/tools research if you have enough mongols in your alliance for you to supply iron to.
- Remember to explore mountains as well as forest and plains in protection to give your alliance mongols some early cheap iron to supply swords to the alliance.
